The entire JES team needs to be commended — Rafael Garcia, Jose Lovato, and Wilton Mendoza — the very fine crew — arrived on time and ready to do the work; they worked efficiently, effectively, and knowledgeably as a well-oiled team and "machine." They informed us of each step along the way and explained everything thoroughly and completely. They used pictures from their phones to help explain the process and what they were doing. After they finished their work, they cleaned up the work area, gave us all the written information we needed, explained everything — they were so informative, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, WARM and FRIENDLY! It's so nice to work with friendly, happy, smiling people! What an amazing staff — Ally at the office — thank you for answering our questions, being so efficient, providing assistance, and being so warm and friendly, too. The JES crew gave us the invaluable peace of mind that our basement will stay dry. No more worries about rain or mold or mildew or critters getting in! We give you 100 stars! All As, 100%! Abdul was very responsive and professional from the start. He arrived on time, walked me through the entire process, and made sure I understood everything clearly. I never felt pressured into making a purchase — instead, I felt like he genuinely cared about my concerns and wanted to provide the best solution for my situation. He took his time answering all of my questions and explaining each recommendation thoroughly. I was initially skeptical about one of the suggested services, but after speaking with him and hearing his knowledge and expertise, I’m confident moving forward. I’m sure the rest of the team is great as well, but I’ll definitely be recommending Abdul to anyone I know.

Thank heaven for JES! Not only did they discover our sump pump had stopped working long ago, but they also recognized the work needed would be beyond just swapping out a pump. The intake lines had clogged and the tank was filled to the brim with unspeakable creepy black gunk. Other companies estimates didn’t include full removal of the crud or clearing intake/outflow lines. Then Ben, the installer arrived. He was 120% professional, respectful, eager, and friendly…even when he found a dead frog floating on the surface of the goop! You can tell that Ben really loves his work. It was joyful to witness his tenacity in getting that tank completely clean even though it took twice as long as was probably expected. And then near the end of the job, when verifying the lines were clear, another frog appeared. This time the frog was alive. Undaunted, Ben rescued and removed it. Throughout the process Ben inspired confidence in the quality and thoroughness of the work to be performed. I would recommend JES from beginning of the estimate process, scheduling communications, through job complete.

Outstanding company!! Very professional, very reasonable prices, and they do great work! Excellent presentation on the process when they came out for the free quote. I really like that they have an internal engineering team at their company that calculates the amount of correction needed for the repairs. The Forman Austin Hicks and Walter Falcon did a great job keeping me updated on their arrival time, explaining what to expect, and making sure I was satisfied before they left. Exceptional company!

We called JES on a Thursday to come check out some hairline cracks we’d noticed in our foundation, just to be on the safe side. They called us back immediately and had a tech at our home the very next morning! Jeff Tyree was absolutely incredible! He inspected the house thoroughly, was honest, very professional and explained everything to us in a manner we could understand. While we ultimately didn’t have foundation issues, he helped us uncover a different plumbing related issue we did not know existed, which ultimately saved us thousands of dollars! We are so impressed with the honesty, integrity and thoroughness of this company, JES will certainly be our go to for future foundation and related issues. We highly recommend and will refer others to JES!

Hats off to the awesome crew that raised our foundation this week! They were professional, friendly, worked efficiently, and left my yard better than it was before they started. There were a few hiccups in the beginning but our foreman, Manuel Guzman, sorted things out and worked towards the best solution. His team, Jose Cruz, Mayro, and Ruben and him worked so hard. I was truly impressed with their skill and so thankful that this was the crew I got for this job!

Overall very happy with JES. Communication from the firm was timely and responsive from quote to final inspection. I was especially pleased with the guys who worked on site- Brian, Gio, Mohammed, and Davey did a great job getting the work done quickly and thoroughly. They went above in beyond in making sure the work was done (even repairing some undiscovered foundation cracks). The electrician stayed late to make sure everything stayed on schedule. Overall, would recommend. They install a premium product with service to match- while it's expensive, it's high value (and they can help you get 2 year no interest financing.)

Chris did my assessment, explained the issues with pictures and videos then made sure I understood every aspect of the solution. Roberto and his team finished up in three days. They were great. Very friendly and explained everything they were doing. I don’t know how this could have gone smoother. Adam, the electrician, was great as well. It was a two plus hour drive for all of them to get down here and I really do appreciate it. I recommended them to my Father in law and would do so for anyone else that needs foundation work.

We've used JES in the Richmond metro area twice in the past five years and have been very pleased with their work on both projects. In November 2019, they installed two push piers under a corner of our mid-1960s house that was sinking and installed a CrawlSeal encapsulation system in the crawl space. In September 2024, they installed a steel I-beam and two engineered jacks in the crawl space under a fireplace hearth that didn't have adequate support. Both projects involved working very close to the residential gas line. In both projects, the work was done very well and completed on schedule. Each employee has been professional, knowledgeable, hard-working, and very pleasant to deal with. On the most recent project, Cameron Flynn, lead jack installer, and John Trak, certified field inspector, were terrific. We trust JES employees and will not hesitate to call on them if we need them in the future.

I would like to commend the JES team(s) that repaired my foundation and flooring in Nov/Dec 2022. Conan B., Eric Z., Corey B., Cameron M. and David H. all worked extremely hard to repair my 1958 rancher and I am very pleased with the results.They were all genuinely determined to do their best work and I am completely satisfied with the result. It was great to see the teamwork and the rapport between the crew and the managers.I learned a lot from them about foundation repair and sagging wooden floors so that was a bonus! Thanks guys!Mary B.

Our project manager Jonathan Cooper was beyond great, and his jokes weren’t too shabby either! He did a thorough job of inspecting/identifying the issue and providing a solution. He was easy to get ahold of in a pinch and made sure we had a clear understanding of what was being done and why. Our foreman Brandon Warren and his team (Roosevelt White, Tyler H., and Larry Jr.) were nothing short of amazing. They were super polite, provided clear communication/status updates, and were extremely efficient – completed an estimated 3-day job in our basement in a day and a half! I can’t recommend JES Works enough. Thanks to Cooper, Brandon, and his team, JES has a customer for life.

PERFECTION all around. Zach Cannon Is absolutely ? great. Best inspection I've had. He's courteous, respectful and when it comes to his job, he's very thorough. He inspects the interior of the home as well and explained why he was asking permission to do so. In the crawlspace he actually checked the jacks and made sure the dehumidifier was clean. It's hard to have a great customer experience these days or receive good customer service. You can tell Zach has pride and takes pride in his work. I'll be requesting him for next year's annual inspection.

Jay Hyman was our sales rep back then and still works at JES, now as a professional inspector. We hired JES to install a sump pump and repair a crack in our gym after we discovered water damage. While going through the permitting process, we discovered that the water damage was being caused by an unrelated issue with our front steps. Nic from JES came back out to our house free of charge to evaluate the situation and ease our mind. He listened to us and our concerns. After confirming that the water damage was not being caused by the crack in the gym and that the sump pump was not necessary, Nic fully refunded our deposit with JES. Thanks again Nic for stepping in!
