My entire experience with JES has left me completely satisfied. My project was a two day job scheduled by the Inspecter Ryan at the time of his initial visit and the signing of the contract. The foreman, Gregory Shock showed up on time on the days scheduled, April 21st and 22nd, 2025. His attention to detail was incredible and his willingness to answer questions and explain all of the process was so much more than I could have expected. Both during the project and upon completion, he showed himself to be personable, professional, knowledgeable, and able to go above and beyond to make sure that both my wife and I were fully satisfied with the work he performed. His clean-up was thorough. making sure that anything that he disturbed was left as he had found it originally. he even took the time to answer questions before he left related to the warranty on the work that he had performed. Thank you JES, Ryan, and most of all the guy that really did the hard work, Greg

When we decided to sell our house who knew it would come with so many problems! You find so many things you never noticed and one of those things I noticed was some cracks in the bricks. Called a brick guy and he just wanted to hide it with mortar, but did say I should check my foundation. So I called one company and they tried to rip me off with inflated prices because I’m female. So, I decided a second opinion was necessary. The second company I called was JES Foundation because everyone kept dropping their name. I was wary about calling them because I was afraid it would be too expensive. Man was I wrong. Not only were the prices comparable to the other company I called, they wanted to do it right! The contract actually had a layout of the actual work they would be doing(the other company did not include that!) and when they said they would be here at 8am they were here!!! On time? Augustine and his crew were so great. Professional, caring of my yard and dedicated to their work. I also want to thank Brian Perrin for his inspection and the photos he sent me of my crawlspace. Now at this point you can tell I’m impressed with this company. To say they blew me away is an understatement. I think the moral of my long post is hire the best to get the best. These guys are the best! Thank you JES and your great team.

Thank you God for connecting me with Mike at JES Foundation Repair. I came across this company’s ad randomly in a coupon book; said free estimate, so I thought why not and scheduled an appointment. I knew someone was coming out today to give me an estimate on restoring the foundation of my home, but Mike did so much more than that; he restored my hope. We needed more posts an the center beam of our house jacked up due to sagging. The three workers who came out, Mike Baines, Bryan Covell, and Brandon Pritt were all great. Very respectful of our property, really tried to keep everything neat and tidy. Answered all our questions along the way. Good job cleaning up. I love that they brought their own buckets (step up from other companies.) Again, all three installers of our new support posts were great and very polite. They did a great job from what we can tell.

I had a consultation with Paul Grauer yesterday, and I must say I was extremely impressed with how thorough and professional he was throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain the company, the foundation repair process, and how the materials would be applied, ensuring I fully understood every step. What stood out to me most was the level of care and patience he showed during our conversation. He even encouraged me to call my wife so she could be included in the discussion and have all of her questions answered as well. At no point did I feel rushed — he made sure we were comfortable, informed, and confident in the process. That level of customer service and attention to detail is exactly what earned my business. It's very rare to find a service provider these days who look out for you like JES Foundation Repair did for me. Look at my reviews, I've been doing this a while and I don't mind calling them like I see them. I went into this with GREAT trepidation. I have had so many service providers try to overcharge, never call back, talk over my head, just fill in the blank. In EVERY point of this effort I was blown away. They should get an award for customer service for the communication alone! I set up an inspection and they sent me a confirmation. Beforehand, I got a note. On his way, Corey gave me a call. Then, when he arrived I had a true expert on my hands. Like a CSI episode he gave the problem a detail investigation. Here I am worried about all the other service work I've had done. Corey gave me his professional assessment, we discussed it, and away we went. At no point in my entire experience with JES was I let down. I am a phenomenal fan and will always highly recommend them for your foundation needs.

We have used JES Foundation Repair in Ashland for a few projects over the years, and they encapsulated our crawl space and installed a dehumidifier.What really sets JES apart is their long-term commitment to their customers. No major home project is perfect, and whenever minor follow-up problems have arisen from past work, they have stepped up without hesitation. They don't just disappear after the initial job is done; their team is highly responsive. For example, when our dehumidifier needed attention, Brian Donald came back out, assessed the situation, and fixed the issue promptly and professionally. It is rare to find a contractor that truly stands behind their work and maintains that level of accountability. Knowing they will always return to make things right gives us total peace of mind. Highly recommend them for crawl space encapsulation and ongoing structural care!

JES did an excellent job on our crawl space. We had water accumulating around the whole perimeter of the crawl space. We had also had a toilet leak causing black mold, which had been professionally cleaned up, but we wanted fresh insulation. The JES team arrived on schedule and worked diligently to remove the insulation above and the flimsy plastic that covered the earthen floor of the crawl space. They then laid rubber matting and white membrane over the dirt and put thick styrofoam on the walls. They dug a trench around the perimeter and installed 2 sump pumps and 2 dehumidifiers to deal with future water. Meanwhile a separate team arrived to put foam under our patio to stop it from sliding away from the house. Everyone called before they arrived and each member of this large team was always professional and answered all questions thoroughly. They cleaned up well each day which I thoroughly appreciate. I want to add that Brian Swain was an amazing leader and manager of his 5 to 7 man crawl space team. He kept the project on schedule, kept me informed about progress and what would happen when, and always made himself available to answer questions. Thank you, Brian! Bryan Rutherford did a great job putting foam under the patio and sealing where it meets the house. The crawl space team, Gio Ordonez, Mohamed Kamara, and Pedro Llontop worked hard each day and were always professional. Superintendent Demetrius Cooper came by to ensure everything was going well and he answered additional questions and made great recommendations. Overall the whole crew was excellent. I highly recommend this team, their dedication to doing the work well and their professionalism.

After needing to fix a crack in our foundation that was leaking water into the basement we did our due diligence and scouted several estimates. We opted for JES with Rudy Gonzalez and Jose Reyes undertaking the task to complete the repairs. From the moment we met Rudy and Jose they were professional, attentive , and ensured I understood the work prior to starting any repairs. They explained each step of the multi step process and encouraged me to take pictures at each milestone. As the repairs came to a completion Rudy and Jose left the worksite cleaner than when they arrived and put professional touches on the freshly poured concrete. At the end, they again reviewed their work and sought questions. Their customer service was impeccable as they showcased their craftsmanship. Thank you Rudy Gonzalez and Jose Reyes.

We had an enlightening experience from technician Johnnie Geronimo today. Through his thorough investigation, we were able to get answers to our questions and we signed up for the bulk project to get started right away. I would highly suggest Johnnie to anyone that needs help with complicated floor structural issues. This is an older 1960's home and past repairs were insufficient to todays standards. We are excited now to have the structural repairs addressed so that we can install the hardwood after JES has completed their project. Thank you again Johnnie. You are excellent at what you do! We had JES encapsulate our crawl space. All of the insulation had fallen down and the floor was not protected. The crew that came out to do our install (John, Paibai and Mohammad) were fantastic. They did a great job and worked very quickly. They kept me informed of what they were doing and how it was going. The transformation is incredible. I want to thank them for their hard work and great attitudes. They took great pride in making sure everything looked good and was done correctly. They explained all that was done and showed me the final product. I would recommend highly.

I have been a customer with JES for about a year now. We purchased our home and quickly realized within the first few months there were some problems missed in inspection. JES came out promptly, gave us understandable answers. At the one year mark of service, we had Gage come out to check out how everything was looking under the house. He was communicative, on time, and very professional while also being friendly and explaining everything. Unfortunately some new issues have arisen but he made the "bad news" feel less upsetting and was more than willing to work around what we could try to accomplish budget wise. Gage followed up fast too in scheduling the dates for service. I truthfully cannot imagine the level of professionalism and speed from any other service than what JES provides.
