Celeste from JES went above and beyond. After having plumbers here multiple times, no one got to the root of our problem until Celeste got here and spent a great deal of time crawling under our house to find the problem. It’s been years that we’ve been trying to figure out why our basement is wet, and no one else could figure it out. I am so grateful for Celeste and JES. They are truly committed to finding solutions. I cannot say enough – absolutely excellent!!!

Josh Clarke came out to provide us with a quote for poly fill, and he was excellent to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain the process and answer all of our questions. We never felt rushed, and he made sure we understood exactly what he was seeing and what options were available. What stood out most was how personable and genuine he was. It’s clear that he cares about helping homeowners make informed decisions rather than simply making a sale. We really appreciated Josh’s honesty, professionalism, and the time he spent.

I would like to commend the JES team(s) that repaired my foundation and flooring in Nov/Dec 2022. Conan B., Eric Z., Corey B., Cameron M. and David H. all worked extremely hard to repair my 1958 rancher and I am very pleased with the results.They were all genuinely determined to do their best work and I am completely satisfied with the result. It was great to see the teamwork and the rapport between the crew and the managers.I learned a lot from them about foundation repair and sagging wooden floors so that was a bonus! The inspector they sent Michael Reeves was here on time he explained what he was going to do and he did it! He couldn't find the problem with the flooring since the joists were not bowed he took plenty of pictures. I want Michael to inspect my next home !

Bradley was on time and very friendly. Even after we determined that the service I was looking for isn’t a service JES provides and I felt like I had wasted his time he remained professional and pleasant and assured me it was no trouble and he was happy to take a look around while he was here to see if there were any concerns that he could inform me about.Although I won’t be using this company for this project, I am pleased with experience and will definitely consider JES for future needs if they arise.(the service I was wanting: to have an egress window cut into the basement foundation)Update 12/7/22 – Bradley just called me and informed me that he found someone who may be able to help with the egress window.
