My Wife and I met Howard Glancy in May 0f 2024. We had inquired about JES doing Foundation Repair work on our home. He spent 4 hours talking and showing us the work which would need to be done. He was so thorough with his presentation and proposal that we knew JES Foundation Repair was the RIGHT organization for us. The foundation repair work commenced on October 21, 2024. The Foreman (Jaime still and his Team (Angel Molina and Erick Morales) were very efficient and professional. ?The Best? is not strong enough to describe them. The completed the work October 22, 2024. They were SUPERB! I highly recommend their services to any homeowner in need of foundation repair!

I was extremely pleased with the work that the men from JES foundation did. We had water seeping into our basement and they came and installed a french drain and also did some work with our gutters to extend them far out. Abdul W. found a root from a bush that was pushing against the wall and cut it off so it would not be an issue. He was very informative and educated me as the work was being done and pointed out problem areas they were going to fix along the way. The other men, Nilhon R. and Walter F. The men did a great job overall and cleaned up all of the mess afterward and I would highly recommend them.

I had basement waterproofing done and JES did great work. They started the job on schedule and finished a day early. Roberto Lemus, Osman Ochoa and Alejandro Vazquez were fantastic. Roberto kept me informed during the entire process. At the end of every day I was given an update and walk thru. They cleaned up when the entire job was finished. I contacted JES Foundation Repair to fix my sinking driveway and I was completely impressed by the professionalism and dedication demonstrated by everyone I met. Bryan Rutherford and Morgan Oakley arrived at my home right on time. They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They started working right away, also took the time to thoroughly explain to me the entire process and gave me an accurate estimated time of completion. When the job was about 90% finished, unfortunately a piece of equipment broke down. They finished the remaining tasks as much as they could, cleaned the worksite and promised to come back a week later to complete the job, as soon as the faulty equipment was fixed. To my surprise, Bryan called me the next morning and told me that he’d be back on that day, as he was concerned about the unsealed area of the driveway and wanted to take care of it right away. He managed to find a workaround, drove to my house (out of his way) and completed the remaining job. They did such a fantastic job my driveway almost looks like a new one again! Thank you, Bryan, Morgan, Jesse for your help. I would not hesitate to recommend JES Foundation Repair to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy concrete repair.

You can’t be cheap when it comes to foundation repairs. JES is expensive, but you have access to knowledgeable engineers and consultants (Andrew Sean Wheeler), and their crews are quick and competent (foreman Jaime Castillo and Joel and Erick). If you live near the Potomac and have issues with marine clay, go straight to JES.

Abdul was very responsive and professional from the start. He arrived on time, walked me through the entire process, and made sure I understood everything clearly. I never felt pressured into making a purchase — instead, I felt like he genuinely cared about my concerns and wanted to provide the best solution for my situation. He took his time answering all of my questions and explaining each recommendation thoroughly. I was initially skeptical about one of the suggested services, but after speaking with him and hearing his knowledge and expertise, I’m confident moving forward. I’m sure the rest of the team is great as well, but I’ll definitely be recommending Abdul to anyone I know.

T. Jason DeBosky Was the inspector that came to my home to Address a problem I was having with my sidewalk. Jason took the time to explain how the problem I was having could be fixed. He was easy to talk to, very professional patient and knowledgeable. He Gave me opportunities to ask questions & he Provided answers that allowed me to make the decision to go ahead with the project. The day the work started the foreman Bryan Took the time to explain the different outcomes that could possibly happen after the sidewalk was lifted, He wanted to make sure that I fully understood the process and he too gave me the opportunity to ask questions, the answers he provided helped me to make the decision to go ahead with the project. He & the installer Seth were awesome, they were respectful of the property & vehicles making sure the vehicle was properly covered so that no debris would blow on it. . They both were skillful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I am so very happy with the outcome of the work they performed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JES!
